Contemporary art event:
 8th Edition of Arts District

The Bairro das Artes is organised by the ‘Isto não é um Cachimbo’ Association, and has taken place annually since its creation in 2010. Its aim is to promote contemporary art on Lisbon’s Seventh Hill. The event is organised with institutional collaboration from Lisbon City Council, Imprensa Nacional – Casa da Moeda, the Civil Parish of Misericórdia and the Civil Parish of Santo António. The event’s media partners include Antena 1 and Antena 2, RTP 2, Turismo de Lisboa and Agenda Cultural de Lisboa, and it is sponsored by Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal and Aliança Vinhos de Portugal.
