This exhibition, which was commissioned by art historian Catarina Rosendo, revealed to the public for the first time a highly important set of pieces created by Júlio Pomar in the sphere of ‘decorative arts’, also known as integrated arts. Despite focusing mainly on the 1940s, 50s and 60s, the exhibition also showcases some of the artist’s more recent work in this area.
